True the Republicans did vote to reduce the funding; however, you are not telling the whole story. The bill went to the senate and they added more money to and passed and then it came back to the House and it was passed with Bi-partisan support, actually 2 more democrats voted for it than Republicans. Also in testimony by Mrs. Lamb in which she was asked directly if funding was an issue her response was “no.” Later we find out that the State Dept. is sitting on over $2 billion for embassies
Why did Obama send out Susan Rice to lie about Libya? Because the terrorist attack exposed his failed foreign policy and he needed someone to cover up what really happened there.

The truth is that the same people who are accusing the administration of not providing sufficient security for the American consulate in Benghazi have voted to cut the State Department budget, which includes financing for diplomatic security. The most self-righteous critics don’t seem to get the hypocrisy, or maybe they do and figure that if they hurl enough doubts and complaints at the administration, they will deflect attention from their own poor judgments on the State Department’s needs.

I don’t recall Republicans being in control of the State Dept who denied the security requests. You may want to research before spouting your stupid left-wing talking points and check into the Congressional hearings that have exposed the Team Obama cover-up.
What cuts? There have been no budgets since April 29, 2009. Embassy security wasn’t cut (show the bill number…I dare you).

I have no doubt that additional security wouldn’t have been able to stop the attack, but republican ambulance chasers inventing excuses to attack the president for a lack of security, after they voted to cut security, is hypocritical. Stop spreading lies. The State Dept admitted in Congressional Hearings last week that the lack of security in Benghazi had NOTHING to do with a lack of funding. You should educate yourself before you go around spreading liberal talking points.
