Not really.Being president and what happened in the holocaust are two totaly different things but i see where you are going. Im not opposed to reporting my equipment, but paying taxes on them as taxable assets?? That’s excessive and not fair because I have to have them to generate a profit on which I pay income tax. Where is the money supposed to come from to pay an ongoing tax on taxable assets like tools used to generate profit? It doesn’t make sense. Im damned if I do and damned if I don’t. Maybe on people that generate in excess of $1,000,000 and their taxable assets are less than 10% of their profits.

If I sell my tools because they are no longer needed, then I have to pay taxes on the tools I purchased. If they are stolen and I have to replace them, then I have it on record. my FEIN # is 33-1156146 If I make $500 installing an air conditioner and I have to pay $100 for the manifold guage and $350 for a vacuum pump and $650 for a recovery machine and $1600 for an electronic guage, then I lost $2200 right. But now I have the tools to keep installing air conditioners so every job after that I make $500. Dear Obama, My name is John Morris, I have recently received an OTC Form 901 for 2012 and have since filled out forms OTC Form 904 Schedule 3. This is for the purpose of reporting every tool I have purchased for the purpose of doing jobs to generate a profit. I have always filed my tools as a legitimate cost to my business on Schedule C under supplies and materials to do business. Tools should be a cost to business and not a taxable asset to the government. I have to have tools to generate $
