Actually, he did leave Fox, I don’t remember exactly when it was. He didn’t get fired. I THINK (it’s been awhile since I heard the discussion about it) it was a mutual agreement. His contract was up for renewal & he wanted to branch out on his own so as to have more freedom to report & cover things that he thought was important. They said, “Okay. Good luck!”, & he left. I think it was about this time last year. But again, not sure on the timing. Amazing what FREEDOM will do for you!
