Dating Expert’s Carlos Xuma Talks Politics in New Report: Building a “Black Book” of Names

Dating Expert Carlos Xuma, who refuses to take sides publicly, says that despite what the pundits said, Presidential hopeful Mitt Romney probably meant to say he had obtained entire binders full of names of women qualified for cabinet positions.
Needless to say, he didn’t. But regardless of that, and no matter what political side of the fence a guy might stand upon, one thing can be agreed on when it comes to qualified women in the dating game: having an entire binder that is filled with names of women qualified to date would be a good thing, says Dating Expert Carlos Xuma in his new report on how to attract women.
There is definitely something to be said about having an overabundance of qualified women in the dating arena, Xuma says in the report. However, most guys wont have a chance of meeting these qualified women unless they learn some key skills on how to attract women.
And, Xuma adds, that is one topic not up for debate.
Politics can be an ugly business, which is one reason working as a dating expert is so great dating issues are nonpartisan, Xuma says. In fact, talk about the presidential debates between Romney and President Barack Obama is a good way to strike up a conversation, as long as it doesnt get too political.
In the current social climate, Xumas nonpartisan attitude is likely also an example of the most suitable one to bring to the dating arena – a man will more easily attract women without putting opinions that may initially repel those who’d disagree on open display.
As Xuma says, Men should lay low on their outspoken political views unless they only want to date women who agree with them. In that case, a guy should blab away, but if politics arent that important, then a man might want to lay low about his views during the next few months.
What is increasingly clear, however, is that being able to attract a woman who meets a guys qualifications is very important in the dating world, says Xuma.
Thats where joking about the whole binder of women thing becomes topical, he says. But the bottom line is finding a large group of women who meet a guys individual qualifications and needs. For some men, a nonsmoker might be a crucial qualification, while another guy might say he wont date someone who doesnt go to church. In the dating world, each guy has his own unique set of qualifications for the women he dates. And guess what? So do women.

This means that each company will not be able to keep any profits, instead funneling them to the Treasury. Some feel that both companies will eventually disappear, but as of now, the future has not been established. Treasury secretary Timothy Geithner has stated that this might be clarified later in 2012.
The United States Department of the Treasury was created in order to manage government revenues. The head of the department is a member of the Cabinet and is appointed by the U.S. President. Along with collecting taxes with the Internal Revenue Service, the Treasury Department also prints money and mints coins. The U.S. Federal Reserve, which oversees banking within the United States is commonly associated with the Treasury Department, but is a distinct organization.
Fannie Mae is a nickname for the Federal National Mortgage Association. After the financial crisis of 2008, Fannie Mae was one of the corporations saved by a government bailout that cost taxpayers billions of dollars. Before that, it had a long history of involvement with the mortgage industry, and was founded during the later years of the Great Depression as part of a New Deal program.
The Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation is more commonly known as Freddie Mac. This is a government sponsored corporation that was created in 1970 as a means to create more secondary options for mortgages. A government bailout was required to salvage Freddie Mac after it was highly involved in the mortgage crisis and the financial crisis of 2008.
Timothy Geithner was picked by President Barack Obama to run the Treasury Department from his job as the president of the New York Federal Reserve. Geithner was highly criticized during his confirmation hearings because it turned out that he had not paid self-employment taxes during a four year period prior to his nomination. Regardless, his nomination was confirmed and he has served since.

Coordination between the Departments of Veterans Affairs and Defense during service members' transition to civilian life is essential to achieving these goals.
Ensuring that all veterans, service members (Active, Guard, and Reserve alike), and their families receive the support they deserve is a top priority for my Administration. As part of our ongoing efforts to improve all facets of military mental health, this order directs the Secretaries of Defense, Health and Human Services, Education, Veterans Affairs, and Homeland Security to expand suicide prevention strategies and take steps to meet the current and future demand for mental health and substance abuse treatment services for veterans, service members, and their families...]“
Hiring 1,600 new mental-health professionals and increase the agencys crisis-line capacity to allow those in need of professional assistance to meet with a counselor within 24 hours.
Last, Obama encouraged all military members who fought in more traumatic battles overseas to be open with those around them, and to further seek out as much support as they need, as all resources are being given to them by the government, including mental-health benefits, free counseling centers, and the many VA support groups spread out across Texas.
